Luma Engine

Privacy

Draft outline. Not legal text, and not for publication until a data-protection check is done.

The short version

This site collects very little. The pages themselves do not ask for your details. If you book a call or message me, I receive what you send.

Who is responsible

This site is run by Yasser, trading as Luma Engine. Luma Engine is a trading name, not a company.

What this website collects by itself

Nothing you type on these pages is sent to me. There is no sign-up form, no account and no comment box.

I do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

The fonts are served from this site, not from another company. The pages load no scripts from other companies.

The calculator

The calculator on the Hajj and Umrah page does its sums in your browser. The numbers you type stay on your device. They are not sent to me and they are not saved.

When you book a call

To book a call you use Calendly, a scheduling service run by another company. You type your name, your email address and your answer to one question. Calendly also records the time you choose.

I receive those details. I use them to prepare for the call, to run it and to write to you about it. I do not sell them.

If I wrote to you first

I sometimes message or email teachers and Hajj and Umrah companies first. I use contact details they show on their own public pages or accounts. Every first email says how to stop. If you tell me to stop, I stop. I keep only a note that you asked, so I never contact you again.

The client dashboard

The client dashboard is a separate service with its own sign-in.

Instagram

If you message me on Instagram, Meta runs that service under its own notice. I see what you send me there.

Your rights

You can ask me what details I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete them, and ask me to stop using them. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
